Keith Hardy

Keith holds a degree from Texas State University in Exercise and Sport Science with additional studies in Health and Wellness. He has spent extensive years working in the health field with patients and clients. Health and Wellness lies at the heart of what Keith is all about. He feels fortunate to be able to exercise and help others all at the same time. His classes are full of energy and heart pounding music.

Sydney Bobb

Sydney has been a member of formerly Tetra and now Sculpt Physique Fitness for the past five years. The challenging fitness classes and love of the community has kept her coming back to the studio and sparked her interest in teaching bootcamp. Sydney has completed four half marathons and enjoys hiking with her dog, Bo, around Texas.

Adriana Sanchez

Adriana is a Certified Pilates Instructor, trained by the Gramercy Pilates Training Program in NYC. Adriana taught Pilates classes for the Gramercy Pilates Studio and Clinical Minds of Movement, an organization for mental health professionals and fitness instructors. She had now found her way back to Texas, where she works as Psychotherapist. Adriana values taking a holistic approach to wellbeing and emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection in her practice.

Katherine Pierce

Katherine fell in love with barre fitness in 2013 and first became a certified barre instructor in early 2018. Her classes incorporate high-repetition, low-impact strength training exercises, active and passive stretching designed to build muscle, improve flexibility and posture, and increase endurance. She believes in using personalized adjustments and encouragement to help students get the most out of every class.

Tessa Breeden

Tessa found her love of fitness after cheerleading in college. She has been teaching group fitness and personal training for the past 2 years. Her goal in working with clients is to help them find their fire within. Fitness has changed her life and she feels so blessed to be able to give that gift to others. When she is not lifting, you can find her in a cycle class, on the paddle board or trying new restaurants around town.
