Keith Hardy

Keith holds a degree from Texas State University in Exercise and Sport Science with additional studies in Health and Wellness. He has spent extensive years working in the health field with patients and clients. Health and Wellness lies at the heart of what Keith is all about. He feels fortunate to be able to exercise and help others all at the same time. His classes are full of energy and heart pounding music.

Adriana Sanchez

Adriana is a Certified Pilates Instructor, trained by the Gramercy Pilates Training Program in NYC. Adriana taught Pilates classes for the Gramercy Pilates Studio and Clinical Minds of Movement, an organization for mental health professionals and fitness instructors. She had now found her way back to Texas, where she works as Psychotherapist. Adriana values taking a holistic approach to wellbeing and emphasizes the importance of the mind-body connection in her practice.

Audrey Cash

Audrey fell in love with spin back in 2017 and has been riding ever since! Her goal is to provide a fun and upbeat class that has her riders feeling empowered and proud of themselves! When she isn’t on the bike you can find her working from local coffee shops or out on the town with friends.

Maggie Goodhall

Maggie is a ISSA certified personal trainer, registered yoga teacher, and Lululemon ambassador from Virginia Beach, VA. She has a passion for functional mobility & group fitness with years of experience teaching high-energy spin, strength, HIIT, and yoga classes. Maggie believes, just like in life, the most important part of any workout is to incorporate an element of FUN & curiosity into every challenge.
