Keith holds a degree from Texas State University in Exercise and Sport Science with additional studies in Health and Wellness. He has spent extensive years working in the health field with patients and clients. Health and Wellness lies at the heart of what Keith is all about. He feels fortunate to be able to exercise and help others all at the same time. His classes are full of energy and heart pounding music.
Sydney has taught a variety of group fitness classes since 2107, including indoor cycling, weight training, boot camp, barre and HIIT. Sydney is an avid runner and has completed two marathons and several half marathons. Outside the studio, she works at an investment management firm and enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband.
Sydney has been a member of formerly Tetra and now Sculpt Physique Fitness for the past five years. The challenging fitness classes and love of the community has kept her coming back to the studio and sparked her interest in teaching bootcamp. Sydney has completed four half marathons and enjoys hiking with her dog, Bo, around Texas.
