This heart pounding, high energy, 45 minute class will motivate and inspire you to push your body to the limits.  Let the rhythm of the music drive your heart and body, while our stellar instructors guide you through the tap backs, presses, push-ups, crunches, and weights. With lights low and intensity high, we motivate you to push your body to the limit, making you stronger for the next time you hit the saddle.

Power Sculpt

60 minute workout involving body weight and free weights. This class, builds a leaner and stronger body.  Energetic music and rock star instructors will inspire and motivate you to the next level.

Sculpt Fusion

This 60 minute rhythm based class infuses music and exercise together resulting in one solid and challenging workout.  It incorporates elements of barre, pilates, and yoga, using high-repetition, low-impact strength training exercises, with active and passive stretching. Your body will sweat and burn calories till the end, leaving you to feel invigorated and alive.


Bootcamp is a high intensity class that will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and burn calories well after class is over. Improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses free weights and body weight and challenges you at the intensity you need to be at to get results.
