HIIT (high intensity interval training)

HIIT is a heart-pumping adventure. Each class incorporates a variety of exercises performed in repeated quick bursts of focused effort with brief periods of rest between exercises. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and conditioning as well as an increased metabolism.
