Keith Hardy
Keith holds a degree from Texas State University in Exercise and Sport Science with additional studies in Health and Wellness. He has spent extensive years working in the health field with patients and clients. Health and Wellness lies at the heart of what Keith is all about. He feels fortunate to be able to exercise and help others all at the same time. His classes are full of energy and heart pounding music.
Kathy Redden
Kathy has been leading group exercise classes since she moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas. Kathy is absolutely passionate about teaching any workout from cycle to strength training and everything in between. If Kathy is not at the gym, she is most likely on the bike or at the lake on a surfboard.
